CS Budget Estimator is an internal business application developed for use by Swagelok Australia and New Zealand staff. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Who We Are

This app is operated by Swagelok Australia for internal use by authorised staff members. It is not available to the general public.

What Data We Collect

When you sign in with your Microsoft account, we collect your display name and email address. These are used to identify you within the app, attribute quotes to your account, and determine your access level (standard user or admin).

When you attach a reference photo to a budget quote, that photo is stored as part of the quote record.

Budget quote data you create — including component selections, pricing, customer names, and project details — is stored in our Firebase database and is accessible to other authorised users of the app.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate the app. Specifically:

• Your name and email are used for login, quote attribution, and the team dashboard
• Reference photos are stored with their associated quote and used in PDF exports
• Quote data is shared across team devices via Firebase sync

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose outside of the app's core quoting functionality.

Who We Share Data With

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Microsoft Azure AD — for authentication. Your sign-in is handled by Microsoft's identity platform.
• Google Firebase — for cloud storage and sync of quotes, pricing, and user records. Data is stored in Google's cloud infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
